have been in the industry for 3-4 years, in which time I have gained knowledge and experience in how to deal with pain, injuries and how to most optimally get everyday people stronger, fitter and happier with their lives.


Being a sports therapist as well as a personal trainer I’m able to use a wider scope of practice to help you achieve your strength and lifestyle goals whilst taking injury prevention and quality of life into better consideration.

So if you are someone who is ready to invest in their own health, not just physically but mentally too.
