Hey guys. I want to talk to you about me as a personal trainer.
I started my own fitness journey very young as a gymnast and a dancer so growing up I focused solely on movement, flow and bodyweight training. Unfortunately as an adult being a dancer forced me to care more about how my body looks and I lost sight of anything else but aesthetic. So now as a PT I'm going back to my roots. My training IS all about your body, but also your mind and working from the perspective of what your body can do, how your body feels and how you feel mentally. I want to create a healthy mindset for how my clients view their bodies, I want my clients to move more, I want my clients to understand how exercise can improve their mood and release stress rather than to punish their bodies and I want to encourage a healthy lifestyle in all ways. 🙌🏻

So as a personal trainer I focus on movement, mobility, flow and strength work: pilates, flexibility work, animal flow, bodyweight training, boxing, barre work, kettlebells, strength training and coming soon pole fitness ❤️
