During my time as a personal trainer, I have worked with a variety of people differing in goals. This has led me to discover I am most dedicated to helping individuals grow their muscles, flexibility and knowledge.

I specialise in working with (predominantly) women from 20 through to 60, aiding them to discover their strength and build the foundations to a happy, healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
I provide a coaching experience that allows my clients to not only feel their most confident self, in and outside of the gym, but gain the knowledge they need for long term success. All whilst finding balance and enjoyment in the process!
