Sunday Circuits – Get Stronger, Fitter, Healthier!

Join us every Sunday at 9:30 AM for a dynamic group training circuits class designed for all abilities at Athletica Fitness & Strength in Leigh-On-Sea.

Each session is unique, combining strength and cardio to help you improve your overall health and fitness. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, these classes will leave you feeling accomplished and energised!

How It Works:

Once you’ve paid for your session(s), you’ll receive a Sign-Up Form.
Be sure to complete and submit it at least 2 hours before your class to secure your spot.
The form allows Jess, your instructor, to run a quick pre-assessment tailored to your needs.
