We know that even with the relaxation of lockdown and the opening of gyms, not everyone is feeling comfortable and safe to return. We know that even if you did feel good to train in person again, limitations like work schedule, childcare or energy levels might mean you can't always make the class you want. We also know that for a lot of people, exercising in groups with a lot of other people can be daunting.
