Cassie

I believe that strength and fitness are the core foundations for a balanced and happy life, and that everyone has the ability to achieve both through hard work and compassionate coaching. I have been lucky enough to work and train alongside world-class coaches both at home and in Singapore, and I am constantly striving to learn and gain experience I can pass onto my clients.

Those clients have ranged from absolute beginners, to injury rehab cases, to competitive athletes and I am incredibly passionate about helping all types of people. I truly believe that the best way to stick to something is to enjoy it, and so I take fun in the gym very seriously both for me and my clients. So I make sure to keep each and every session interesting and progressive, all the while working towards real achievements and real results.

A quick hello from me, and then on to what you really want to know.

I’ve been a Personal Trainer for the past 7 years, continually learning and searching for ways of improving my service and product to reach and help a specific person, which I feel I now specialise in.

I work (not exclusively) but specialise in males between the ages of 30-50, with lack of time on their hands, external pressures from work and family, who want to get back to their former days of feeling energetic, focused, self-confident, assured in their physical capabilities again, and a few extra muscles showing wouldn’t hurt either. If you are willing to make small but committed changes and can be open and honest with the real struggles you’re facing, then I can guarantee results.

I have been in the industry for 3-4 years, in which time I have gained knowledge and experience in how to deal with pain, injuries and how to most optimally get everyday people stronger, fitter and happier with their lives.


Being a sports therapist as well as a personal trainer I’m able to use a wider scope of practice to help you achieve your strength and lifestyle goals whilst taking injury prevention and quality of life into better consideration.

So if you are someone who is ready to invest in their own health, not just physically but mentally too. Who is looking to lose weight or get back into the gym, but are haunted by previous injuries, or, someone new or experienced, who wants to reach a new level of strength and fitness with accountability and support, I’d love to hear from you.

GINA

During my time as a personal trainer, I have worked with a variety of people differing in goals. This has led me to discover I am most dedicated to helping individuals grow their muscles, flexibility and knowledge.

I specialise in working with (predominantly) women from 20 through to 60, aiding them to discover their strength and build the foundations to a happy, healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

I provide a coaching experience that allows my clients to not only feel their most confident self, in and outside of the gym, but gain the knowledge they need for long term success. All whilst finding balance and enjoyment in the process!

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer focused on helping people get stronger, fitter and more confident without overcomplicating things.

My coaching is built around keeping things simple and realistic. No extreme plans and no quick fixes, just solid training, better habits and a structure you can actually stick to. The goal is not just to get results but to keep them.

I’ve always been into training myself through hiking, weightlifting, running and endurance events, so I understand what it takes to balance performance with everyday life. Whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, improving fitness, or just feeling better day to day, everything is tailored around you.

I place a big focus on education within my coaching. Everything we do has a reason behind it, and I make sure you understand why you are doing something, not just what to do. That way, you build confidence, make better decisions and become more independent over time.

From September, I will be starting a physiotherapy degree alongside my personal training.

I’ve been a personal trainer for over four years, helping women build confidence lifting weights and create a balanced approach to fitness that fits around their lives. I’ve also expanded my knowledge in pre and postnatal exercise to provide more specialist support through different stages of life and the changes that come with them.

I believe every woman can benefit from lifting weights. It can feel intimidating at first, but with my guidance and support, you can feel confident, capable, and strong - both inside and outside of the gym.

My approach is about creating a sustainable relationship with fitness and nutrition that adds to your life, not takes away from it. I want my clients to see that they can get great results without feeling like it has to take over their lives.

Whether you’re new to lifting, looking to get stronger, rebuild confidence after having a baby, or simply need the accountability of having someone there in your corner, I’m here to help you achieve your goals while enjoying the process along the way.
