“So I signed up to Group sessions at athletica over 6 months ago and I'm SO HAPPY I did.

1.The group sizes are a really good size 3-4 so you can swap/share equipment easily.
2.Other people means you train a little bit harder/want to match each other (but in a friendly, supportive way) < this is a big one.
3.I'm less likely to skip a session.
4.Let's be honest working out gets really boring really quick - this is way funner.

  • Yes! We specialise in helping people from all fitness levels. We've helped people who have never stepped foot into a gym before.

  • No, we don't do contracts here. we want you to WANT to be here and if that changes we want you to be able to leave without penalty.

  • If you love it (most do), we’ll show you the options to continue. No pressure or hard sales — just a clear plan if you want to keep going.

  • You’ll get a 1:1 intro session, up to 2 structured sessions per week, access to our supportive training community, and personal check-ins to track your progress.

  • Once you've finished our 21-day trial, you'll have the option to move on to our monthly membership. This membership is £197 per month.

Hey, we’re Cassie and Dom, Owners of Athletica. We created this space because we saw too many people being ignored in gyms - treated like just another number on a spreadsheet. We wanted to build something different. A place where real people feel supported, get strong, and actually enjoy training.

Most of our clients tell us they found traditional gyms too intimidating. One moment really stuck with us: a client once sat in a commercial gym car park, looking for reasons not to go in.

That’s when we realised how big the problem really was. So, we created the 21-day kick-start to solve it.

It gives you a no-pressure way to ease into training, feel out the space, and build confidence, before making any long-term commitment.

Whether you’re getting started, coming back after a break, or want to feel better in your skin, you’ll never feel out of place here. We can’t wait to welcome you in.
